The Story Behind

Butter Beauty Bar

Butter Beauty Bar was created for moms and busy women who deserve more than just great hair. My mission is to provide a welcoming salon suite where you can relax, refresh, and enjoy low-maintenance color that keeps working for you long after your appointment. At the heart of my work is a story I call Finding Your Pink — a reminder that beauty is about more than hair; it’s about finding confidence and feeling like yourself again.

Finding Your Pink

Not long ago, I came across a story about flamingos that really stuck with me. When they’re raising their babies, flamingos lose their pink coloring because they give so much of themselves to care for their young. Once their babies grow, the color slowly returns as a sign of renewal, strength, and beauty coming back.

I connected to this story on a personal level, because I’ve felt that same shift in my own life as a mom. Many of my clients have shared that feeling too. We pour so much of ourselves into caring for others that it’s easy to forget about our own needs. Find Your Pink resonates with me and with them as a reminder that beauty isn’t just about hair. It’s about taking time to recharge, rediscover confidence, and feel like yourself again.

That belief is at the heart of Butter Beauty Bar. And even the name itself carries a personal story of its own.

Why Butter Beauty Bar?

The name Butter Beauty Bar is a little piece of my story. When I was a child, my mom used to call me “Butter,” and the nickname stuck with me. When it came time to create my salon suite, I wanted a name that felt personal, soft, and comforting. Choosing Butter Beauty Bar was my way of weaving in a part of my own story while creating a space where others can feel cared for too.

Ready to find your pink?

At the end of the day, Butter Beauty Bar is more than a salon suite. It’s a space where busy women and moms can take a breath, feel cared for, and leave with color that makes life a little easier. Now that you know the story behind it all, I’d love to welcome you in and help you find your pink.
